Portland Caribbean Fund III
Portland Private Equity’s third fund – PCF III – follows the success of the two predecessor funds. The Fund continues the focus on making growth equity investments in high quality, scalable indigenous businesses following its codified 5-10-3 investment framework. PCF III’s geographical mandate covers the Caribbean Basin – the Caribbean Islands, Colombia, and Central America – where it uses its regional and local platforms for successful on-the-ground execution. Portland Private Equity continues its approach of making an impact in an underserved region by following its purpose of “Sustainable Wealth Creation for All” through the growth of responsible and entrepreneurial businesses.

"It was an honor to be AIC Caribbean Fund's first investee company in the Dominican Republic. As investors, they understand the pragmatic realities of the infrastructure construction business through different business cycles and were very responsive to the needs of Moya. We look forward to partnering again with ACF in the near future."
