Justin is an independent observer on the Investment Committee (IC) of AIC Caribbean Fund. In this capacity, the team at Portland Private Equity has been able to bring his extensive experience in private equity and emerging market investment to bear on IC decisions. His early career was at 3i plc in London and he is a former Associate Director of Operations at the European Investment Bank responsible for the Bank’s investments in the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa.
